When a psychotic surgeon crashes his car with his girlfriend in the passenger seat, heads will roll! Actually only HER head rolls, his stays attached...at least long enough to begin pre-op transplantation. To make matters worse, there’s this THING locked behind a door in the lab and it’s taken a likin’ to the looker in the Petri dish.
