In her red blouse, scarlet skirt, and yellow patchwork apron, she is the most reclusive of the three sisters. Cadmia is the oldest and therefore most powerful and her spells are relished and feared. Her familiar is a rat that has lasted through several incarnations. Once, however, she left it in the lab and Dr. Deadly was forced to use the rodent as a test subject. It perished in a fiery end. Unfortunately her and the Doctor’s relationship has never recovered.

The Red Witch rarely stray from their ranshackled cabin, preferring to keep to the forest and the evil spirits that reside there. Cadmia finds little in common with her two sisters and only tolerates their occasional association.

Cadmia's source of power emanates from her large iron cauldron, its energy assisted by her staff. Comprised of a branch from the hamlet's hanging tree, her staff is crowned with the skull from a tormented adversary and bellows red smoke from the eyesockets when invoked.
