The most alluring sorceress is the youngest of the three sisters. Treacherous and deceitful to the core, she may be trusted to some lengths for Dr. Deadly’s nefarious efforts. Because of experience, Deadly finds it easier to deal with her.

Like other practitioners of black magic, Cerullea has taken a familiar, a white rabbit, but rarely communes with him. To divine answers, though, she prefers to rely on crystal gazing and spirit manifestations.

Cerullea never passes on a chance at playing cruel tricks, prefering to live in house attics, frightening the inhabitants.
