When several calls to the Evil Sisters of Convergenc go unreturned, a sweet-talker named Bosch arrives at the Hibernaculum unexpectedly. Inquiring where he might find the three witches, Bosch is directed to their wooded residence and sets out to pay a call to collect for the unpaid bills owed to their Darkened Master.

On the steps of their remote cabin, Beryllia, Cadmia, and Cerullia snub the collector; denying any responsibility for their centuries-old contractual obligations. Foreclosure proceedings are instigated on their tribute accounts and one by one the witches are repossessed.

Only when Dr. Deadly's household is turned upside down by the Devil's agent, does the bill collector Bosch face any real opposition.
